On August 26, 2019, I.A.T.S.E. Local 154 began bargaining the first successor contract with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. 
 
We've come a long way since we chartered in June 2016. In the last three years, we’ve grown our membership by 30%, engaged in activism with community groups and sister unions, participated in training programs including OSHA 10/GES, we’re involved with our local AFL-CIO, and much much more. 
 
The last three years flew by incredibly fast, but we’ve gained a wealth of knowledge. As we look ahead and plan for the future of 154, we anticipate the need to strengthen our Defense Fund. This fund will go towards protecting our wins, and ensuring the next generation of labor leaders have a solid and prosperous foundation.
 
We could use your help in accomplishing this endeavor. As a thank you for your generosity, you’ll have the option to collect 154 swag.
