It’s official! We’ve got our first bargaining date for our Finance department! As most of you are hopefully aware by now, we’re now well into the process of bargaining a first contract for our Finance department. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome the small but mighty team to our ranks! We’ll be kicking off bargaining with our first session on Wednesday, January 31st at 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in person in the Camps conference room and on Zoom!
We hope to see you there, in person or listening along virtually as we get to work on a much deserved contract for our siblings in Finance!
What we’ll be talking about...
This first session will be to set ground rules at the table. This is a kind of intro session that will decide the mechanics of how bargaining proceeds. This is a great chance to peek in if you’re interested in learning more about how the bargaining process works!

Where can I watch?
While observers are welcome to join in discussion during breaks and caucuses we ask that during bargaining we ask that all observers remain on mute to avoid any accidental interruptions or disturbances. We’ll do our best to address anything we receive at the next caucus, but anything we don’t have time for we’ll make sure to cover in a follow-up.
